RE: BENNETT VONDERHEIDE
Dear Mr. Mullen:
It is my understanding
that following my November 22, 2004 correspondence, your Church has
decided on a course of action regarding my client, Ben Vonderheide
and his son. Based on the assurances that have been made by Calvary
Church to Pat Stillman, my client is willing to release the Church
from any criminal or civil liability in connection with the custody
dispute between my client and Wendy Flanders. My client has been assured
that the Church will do whatever is necessary to rectify the situation
concerning Ben Vonderheide, his son, and Wendy Flanders. My client
is very pleased that the Church is willing to resolve these matters
amicably. He does not intend to pursue any civil or criminal remedies
against the Church. My client thanks you for this well considered
response to this’ situation.
Very truly yours,
Lucile Longo
