1.. Quinta Quotes 5/14/04 (first time alone and visitation after five months of programming) we go immediately to dinner.

A. As soon as Quinta arrives he launched into an angry episode about how I destroyed his fort.

B. I explain that I actually had rebuilt it at his sisters Bryna AKAs’ request after he said he wanted it torn down.

C. I explain that I spent a thousand dollars on this to “Keep the connection” (Wendys suggestion) and that Bryna AKA had never even come to look at it.

D. I changed the subject within a couple sentences to I love you only stuff.

E. The point is he arrived angry and sure that I had harmed him.

F. At dinner Quinta speaks loudly to passing waitress but everyone hears and laughs “My Daddy is filled with hatred and anger”. The first day I was in his class he introduced me to his friends as “This is my Daddy – he is filed with hatred and anger”

G. Quinta asks if he can say prayer for dinner “All my regular prayers and please help Daddy get rid of his hatred and anger so we can spend more time together”

NOTE: John Harris and Bryna Harris AKA ELIZABETH Flanders, etc witnessed the dinner events.

2. Next morning,

A. “You should apologize and then you might go to heaven.” “With your behavior you will not go to heaven. Me and Mommy will go to heaven but you will not”.

B. On phone talking mentioned Wendy. “Daddy stop it. You’re talking about my mommy again.” I state – what does your Mommy talk about all the time, answer “You”.

C. You are a liar and you say things to hurt my Mommy. Tried to address this but not happening yet.

D. Specifically I asked, “What lie did I ever tell you.”

E. Quinta says he knows I am a liar and he will still think the same when he is fifteen and a half.

F. Again and again he stated more emphatically “You are a liar, you are a liar, you make up lies to hurt my Mommy, will still think the same when he is fifteen and a half, etc.”

G. “Mommy does not lie ever.”

H. “You do not pick clothes wisely”, or food or bed time or movies, or medicine – “Like my Mom.”

I. Is representative of the fact that he is thoroughly convinced that everything I do, have done or will do is wrong and of course ‘Mommy’ knows the correct behavior, responses, way to live and pathway to heaven.

J. The judge told you to come into Mommy’s driveway to get me.

K. Libby (Bryna AKA various names) does not like you because of the mean messages you left. I asked who told him that and he stated “My Mom” then covered his lips and gave a look like he should not have said that.

This child is blatantly, maliciously and deceitfully programmed in each and every thought of his father and requires extensive time with his father to heal this brainwashing. Furthermore the Mother requires extensive and intensive control mechanisms and treatment to stop this poison!

3. 5/28/04 Quinta Vonderheide Notes - Continued

5/28/04

In the early afternoon of Friday May 28, 2004 while visiting his father Bennett Jon Vonderheide at his home in Conestoga, Quinta Vonderheide threw pencil on Tim’s property.

B: “Remember Tim very protective and angry about his property/ fence. Q “Tim is on Mommy’s side, knows the truth, that is why he does not like you.”

4. 5/29/04

Landfill piles of dirt in backyard.

Q: “Too bad Andy [Lacock] is on Mommy’s side of the family.” “Andy moved because he saw what you were doing to Mommy and he moved far away so he did not have to be near you and see that”

Q “Do you know what I think”

B “No”

Q: “I think Mommy told the truth and you are the one that lied” (out of nowhere)

Q: “You even have Mommy’s sister believing your lies”.

5. 5/30/04

Soon after passing Wendy’s house on walk again.

B: “Now the sun is shining”

Q: “The sun is not shining on your spilt milk”

B: “The sun is really shining now though isn’t it?”

Q: “Too bad the sun is not shinning bright enough on your spilt milk. Or else you would clean up your spilt milk and go apologize to Mommy and tell your friends the truth.”

B: “What truth is that son – that I am a bad man?”

Q: “Yes, and that you lied and Mommy told the truth,” “Sometimes I wish you were not even my Daddy.”

6. 07/04/04 Visitation - Quotes from and notes on the behavior deportment and demeanor of Quinta Vonderheide on 07/04/04 visitation;

A. Immediately upon drop off crosses arms and yells “Your hatred and anger made me miss church again.”

NOTE: At this time Quinta stated that Mommy told him she was ‘getting dressed for church’ and that’s why Quinta was angry.

In point of fact, due to Bryna Harris’ (AKA Various Names) “life threatening illness” (quote from Wendy Flanders) - Ms. Flanders was not in fact planning on attending Church that day.

B. Quinta Vonderheide: “I’d rather be dead at daddy’s than live at daddy’s.”

C. Quinta Vonderheide: “I’m old enough to decide if I don’t want to go to my daddy’s.”

7. 8/17/04

We have just been through rounds at business court seeking psychological evaluation and answering Wendy’s domestic relations’ claim.

I have not seen Quinta since 7/28/04 so again all input to Quinta has been from
Wendy, Emily and their team of alienators.

Within first half-hour of visit; out of nowhere as usual;

“You know what is annoying? My Dad is filled with hatred and anger so I don’t get to see him enough”

Ben/ “I’m working on it”

“You are working on nothing, you are working on music you are supposed to be working on your badness”

“You know if I were the Judge I would just put you in jail (plain statement), (now kind and loving) But I thought of that and I don’t want to put you in jail – (now very angry) But if I were judge I would just put you in jail”

B “Why”

“Cause your the meanest Daddy I know – nobody else has a mean Daddy like you, except people on your side”

“It’s your fault I hang up on you”

8. 8/20/04

Again first half-hour or so
“Mommy picked the wrong daddy for me”
“I would like to put you in a box with no holes so you couldn’t get out and throw you in the river – then you would drown”
B that would kill me – you don’t want to kill me do you? (Runs from kitchen out back angry)
A lot of “I’m never coming here again” – and the usual anger/hate, eating stuff, etc. The regular “Can I get a shower and wash your smell off of me – cause mommy doesn’t like your smell on me” – etc.
Throughout this weekend Q is very angry with me. Repeatedly – “I want another daddy – Mommy picked a bad daddy – I have the worst daddy in the world – I wish I had a different daddy” many variations on the same theme over and over.
Also this time “Libby and Emmy hate me” “When mommy goes away they treat me mean” “Sometimes I go to the kitchen and wait the whole time until mommy comes home” “A lot of times they make me go to my room”

Tim
Tim was your friend then he found out that you lie and steal from everyone now he’s Mommy’s friend (on Mommy’s team. Etc.)
Tim is coming to fix Mommy’s car again – Tim Is a nice man – Tim helps Mommy out. Yadda yadda.

Previous/relative statement “Mommy does not have any boyfriends. She only has men friends that want to help her out. But if she wanted to have a boyfriend it would be hard for her to pick because there are so many men that want to help her”.

9. Notes:

A. Overall this is the toughest weekend in a long time due to the fact that Wendy had interrupted time (weeks) prior to these last two visits and there are people asking questions (I think) which Wendy does not like. Things are not going exactly as she wants in court. Yet still at end of visit Q did not want to leave immediately asking his Wendy “Can I stay longer”

B. (John Harris told me that Bryna has admitted that she has to do exactly what her mother wants or pay hell for it “Have you ever seen my mommy when she is angry”? The poor kid is terrorized into playing sick – not talking to her father on the phone or even saying she enjoyed a visitation or loves her family up there.

C. In all the years we lived together Wendy never once let it go when Bryna said “My dad” or “My father” – Wendy always and automatically would correct her to say “You mean John” Wendy would repeat this until Bryna stated it as Wendy wanted.

10. 2/8/05

After being kept away for three consecutive visits
